In the Indian scrap wire recycling industry, burning is still common in small yards, but it leads to serious problems, including environmental pollution, inconsistent copper quality, and increasing government restrictions.
To improve efficiency and comply with regulations, our customer invested in an oil-type wire recycling machine in India.
After installation, the production process changed completely. The system allowed direct feeding of mixed scrap wires without burning, using crushing and oil-based separation to efficiently recover copper.
