Solar Panel Recycling Process

• Step 1: Automatic Feeding & Recognition： Waste PV laminated glass is automatically fed into the system and identified through 3D recognition for precise processing control.
• Step 2: Frame Removal： Aluminum frames are automatically separated from the panels, enabling direct recovery of high-value metal materials.
• Step 3: Glass Separation & Delamination： The glass layer is mechanically separated, and the laminated structure is further delaminated to remove EVA bonding material, ensuring clean material release.
• Step 4: Cutting, Crushing & Grinding: Separated glass and internal materials are cut, then processed through a single-shaft crusher and fine-grinder to reduce particle size.
• Step 5: Air & Screening Separation: Materials are sorted using airflow classification and vibrating screens, efficiently separating plastics, metals, and fine powders.
• Step 6: Final Material Recovery: Final outputs include plastic pellets, metal (copper) particles, plastic powder, silicon powder, and mixed silicon-plastic residues, ready for reuse or further refining.
