Our waste wire recycling line is designed to separate copper from plastic insulation efficiently. Different models are available from 100–200 kg/h to 800–1000 kg/h, suitable for small and large-scale recycling operations.

Process Flow:

Copper Wire - Shredding - Crushing - Airflow Sorting - Magnetic Separation - Electrostatic Sorting

The wire is first shredded and crushed to release copper from plastic insulation. The material is then separated through airflow and other sorting equipment to improve copper recovery.

Raw Material
