The waste wire recycling production line is a device specially used to process waste wires and cables. Depending on the different models, the processing capacity ranges from 100-200kg/h to 1000kg/h to meet the recycling needs of different scales.

Process Flow:

Copper Wire - Shredding - Crushing - Airflow Sorting - Magnetic Separation - Electrostatic Sorting

First, the waste wires are preliminarily shredded by the shredder, and then further crushed by the crusher to peel off the plastic and metal

The crushed materials are sent to the high-precision airflow sorter through the wind conveying system for sorting to obtain plastic and copper. The unsorted plastics are then sorted by the electrostatic sorter to ensure the reuse rate of copper.We can provide the customized solution according the customer needs
